Formerly know as St Monica House, Monica Place for Pregnant and Parenting Youth is a community that provides supportive housing, counselling and on-site education that creates opportunities for growth, learning and skill development. We empower young women who are pregnant, parenting or choosing adoption to make informed and healthy choices for themselves and their children.

Monica Place offers comprehensive programs as well as housing for pregnant or parenting young women. Services offered include: a residential program for expectant mothers, Mom’s and Babes Unit for new mothers and infants; decision making workshops; individual and group counselling; parenting classes; pre and post adoption support; health care and prenatal classes; career counselling; recreational opportunities; an on-site school; and 24 hour support from  staff.  We also have a fifteen unit supported housing complex in Cambridge for young mothers and their children.
